Happy Saturday!

It seems like a lifetime since I've written a post, and to say the last few weeks have been crazy is an understatement! With my placement, holiday, birthday, returning to uni everything's been a bit hectic!

However, I'm finally relaxing for the first time in what seems like forever & what better way to spend my Saturday afternoon than sitting in front of the TV with a brew, watching Soccer Saturday whilst writing a belated blog.

Everyone's favourite part of the week has finally arrived, so happy Saturday everyone! I for one am thankful it's the weekend & can't tell you how excited I am for a cosy night in tonight with a bottle of wine & a movie!

This week has been crazy! I head back to Notts on Sunday after having two weeks at BBC - words can't describe how incredible my time there was! Now, I'm back in the swing of things at uni & had a great week back, which could have something to do with it also being my birthday on Wednesday! Yes, I'm officially no longer a teenager...

Me & my fab housemates X

For some reason, this year I seem to have been celebrating my birthday for a while (back when I went to Amsterdam in March is when it all began!) but tomorrow, my celebrations will come to a close with a birthday lunch out in Manchester!

Avocado & Poached eggs, mmm!

I have to say my birthday this year was probably the best I've had, I don't know why but it was just a great day! I had brunch with my house mates, got a new piercing, Pimms on the hour, cocktails, then a night out at my favourite bar in Notts with all my best friends. It was so lovely being reunited with all my house mates from first year as well❤️it's not that often we can all meet at the same time for various reasons so it was lovely seeing them this week especially!

Back to reality now (unfortunately!) but being back home meant one thing (apart from my amazing cloud bed which I've missed after not being in it for a whole four nights!!) but being home is so relaxing, not a care in the world & even better, a trip to the Trafford Centre! Birthday money has definitely been well spent this week! New trainers, new sportswear & of course..FOOD!!

20th bday celebrations X
After nearly passing out at the gym on Thursday afternoon - wouldn't recommend working out on a hangover - I decided to give Friday as miss & recover a bit before meeting up with my cousin Lauren this morning for our weekly run!

We smashed it today! When I arrived at Lauren's I went up to see her gorgeous baby girl Poppy, she literally beams & her little smile definitely kickstarted my day today! So in a good mood & with the sun shining off we went & although we both started flagging a bit towards the end, we beat our personal best and ran 5.5km today! Big well done to the both of us!

As we panted back into the house her husband Rob shouted "Did you run far?" I just thought, "Does it sound like we ran far.." - both of us could barely breathe at this point & looked somewhat like a human tomatoes. But we felt great after motivating ourselves to run further this week & next time will be even better!

Post workout.

After a brilliant start to the day I hit the gym & really challenged myself today! I got a new workout routine sorted last night, determined to get that summer bod ready for my trip to Spain later this month!

One thing I've always been conscious about is what I eat, how I look & my weight. I've learnt over the past few weeks, more predominately, that these aren't always the things you should focus on.

Weight is a funny word. Fat is a perspective & fit is what you feel emotionally not physically. What I want to try & focus on is building strength & stepping away from what the scales (mind the pun!) and what they're telling you because it's a misconception of your progress - if you increase your weights, you're going to build more muscle & muscle weighs more than fat. This is something I've now focused on as opposed to my 'goal weight' but a 'goal look' and feeling happy in myself.

My personal trainer gave me three workouts when I began training with her, as it's important to always mix up what you do otherwise your body gets used to it & won't progress. So today I took all of these & a few other things I've picked up along the way training, and formed my own abs blast workout, focusing on strengthening my core.

A lot of people ask me "What workouts do you do?" "How do I focus on this area?" and "I can't alway be bothered to get to the gym, what do I do?" - the later question is one that I always think! You can't always be 'bothered' to go to the gym & that's okay! I always say the worst part about going is the getting there! SO today's workouts consisted of things you can do anywhere, anytime, with no equipment or gym needed!

April's Abs Blast

  • HIIT Mountain climbers - 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest (repeat four times to make 2 minutes)
  • Push ups - 12 reps
  • Opposite toe touches (reach over as far as possible with your opposite hand to foot to feel it in your obliques) - 20 reps (10 on each side)
  • Glute bridges (really squeeze your bum on these - great for bums & tums!) 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest (repeat four times to make 2 minutes)
  • V-sits - 30 repts
Repeat circuit 3-4 times. Aim for three sets of this work out - four if you're feeling good..but it doesn't stop there!

  • Tricep dips (if you're at home use your sofa, a low table or equivalent - at the gym use the benches or building blocks) - 20 reps
  • Step ups (home - use a low table or equivalent, something sturdy! At the gym - use benches or building blocks) - 30 reps. Make sure you really crunch at the top to feel it in your abs. Challenge yourself by adding dumbbells as well (2-5kg weights)
  • Side mountain climbers (hold yourself up on your chosen equipment - chair, benches, building blocks) take your knee into your opposite hand rather than the classic mountain climber. 30 reps.
Repeat this circuit 3-4 times

The next circuit that I did today does involve gym equipment (unless you have your own weights at home!) so try this out next time you make it to the gym!

  • Toe touches with 3-5kg weight (increase over time) 30 reps
  • Russian twists with medicine ball (I use 6kg - begin with a 4kg ball, work up) 30 reps
  • Bicycle crunches - 30 reps
  • Roll up Russian twists with medicine ball (lying on your back, hold medicine ball just behind your head, as you bring it over your head towards your knees roll yourself to a seated position then continue as a normal twist, then roll back down) 10 reps.
Repeat this circuit 3-4 times

There's so many other brilliant workouts to do, but this is a really simple one but feels effective. Don't forget to challenge yourself with the weights as that's where the progress will come from. Let me know how you get on!

After a brilliant workout I felt a burst of optimisim (how cringey I know!!!!) so my Mum & I head over to Blaze Hill Farm to see the baby lambs & calves, there were also little Shetland Ponies! Too cute! Yes, if you're from Cheshire you'll know blaze farm does THE BEST homemade ice cream - how could I say no?! Another thing to remember with getting fit, still reward yourself! It's so important to not restrict yourself to raisins and fruit, have a bloody bar of chocolate an ice cream every so often! It really won't affect you that much!

So, after a whirlwind few weeks, I'm back to reality & back to routine. The gym is definitely my holy grail & I'm thankful that I've had so much support getting where I am today! I couldn't have done it without my PT Tina motivating me.

BBC Breakfast was amazing, my birthday was the best, I have the bestest friends I could wish for & all the right people in my life right now & can't wait to finish my birthday celebrations with great company & a bottle of Rosé tonight, then wined & dined tomorrow!

Wishing you luck with that abs blast if you give it a go! Let me know how you get on, tweet me @aprilalexandra1 or comment below! But until next time, have a fab weekend!

Happy Saturday! X

Testing Times

Hola my lovely readers! I apologise for missing a few days last week, my schedule had been crazy busy with BBC & I've actually realised how difficult it is to juggle a job, gym, social life & sleep when you're doing this adult life...

So, I've completed my first week at BBC! Can't quite believe it! Time is going waaaay too fast, hardly had chance to catch my breath this week!

Things started off a bit slow but I've had a fab week working with some great people from social media, to planning & I even met Busted on Wednesday! Claim to fame!

Despite being v busy, I do love it really! I managed to make it to the gym twice this week (v proud of myself) considering I've been up at half 4 two days this week & in bed by 9 most evenings priorities have been mixed up but I was more than thankful when the weekend came around & I got chance to relax with my friends..sort of!

If you're reading this you're probably on your Monday morning coffee break with that strong coffee that's packed with the caffeine you desperately need right now to cope with the awful fact that today day is Monday! (Much to everyone's disappointment!) But, be positive! You're half way through the day & when it's done you're one step closer to it being the weekend again!

Try & fill your time with things to look forward to, that way it makes your day seem to go quicker & make you feel more positive! But don't overfill your diary, overworking yourself will knacker you up, like I found this week! Early starts, interviews, coffee runs, planning stories, exercising, writing articles to finally having a break & cocktails with my bestie Kat on Friday night (although I was home by 10:30pm) then being taken out for dinner Saturday evening, hectic doesn't cut the week I've had!

After losing my way a bit with my gym routine this week it was time for my weekly running session with my cousin on Saturday morn! This week it wasn't raining either! Yaaaay!!

We had a really good run this week (even though Lauren didn't think so) we did! No one stopped, no one was too short breathed & we're scheduled for s longer route next week (leaving that planning to her - she's just had a gorgeous baby girl so it will fill some time for her - she knows I'm joking X) butttttt, a longer route means more Daddy Daughter time for her husband Rob as well, who we left at home with Poppy & her poopy nappy this week whilst we went to get revitalised. Clearly the Perks of parenthood, but don't worry I brought him an egg to enjoy for his breakie whilst we went for our run.(I'll leave you to guess the kind of egg I brought him ha!)

After our run it was time to hit the gym! One thing I hate most about missing gym sessions is how surprisingly tough it is when you go back! If that doesn't motivate you to keep going I don't know what will!

Once you're in a routine keep going & you'll see your results! It's okay to lapse for a few days but each day you lapse your body rests & your muscles will become too relaxed so when you start to work them again you'll find it so much harder & want to give up, but don't! You can do it & you will! When you have you'll feel fab again!

But yes, Saturday was a struggle at the gym & my legs are still feeling the pain this morning! Quick abs blast then it was time for a much needed sauna, steam & jacuzzi session with the mother! The perfect pamper before date night! (Nerves clearly!)

Like the name of today's post, testing times, well last week really was! I had to juggle driving to work at 5am to running guests at work up & down the many floors of BBC to the correct place for their time on air, to then going home to do uni work & interview my lovely friend Vic for my assessment. (She's an awesome girl who is one of the best - as voted and with an award to prove it - in her profession as a sportswoman! Watch this space for an insight on her perhaps!!)

After finally finishing all my work for the week, I rushed home & got ready to be wined & dined for the evening - acting like the lady I really am not, i think to say I was tipsy before we made it to the restaurant is an understatement (although the good thing was, it wasn't just me!).

If you're ever stuck for places to go for dinner, we have a bucket list to check off! But this weekend, Albert's Shed in Manchester was our location. It's a restaurant of mixed cuisine, but I think it's safe to say both me & Mike would defo recommend the duck! Oh, and the mini eccles cakes! Mmmmm, making me hungry writing this...

My cute gal x

Alongside Deansgate Locks for cocktails, where I found the most gorgeous glass (and yes, I really did bring it home.) which now is sitting comfortably in my kitchen on display for all to see. I'm one for making memories & I'm positive that will definitely hold a few from an amazing night out.

Cocktails - Whisky Sours & Good Time Girl

We went for cocktails on Deansgate Locks after our meal, and they were amazzinggggg!! Defo recommend a night out there if you're looking for somewhere cute, quirky & affordable! Our fave for the night was probably Lola Lo's, right in the middle of the locks, which also does half price cocktails between 5-10pm! DEFINITELY my kinda bar!

Venturing into my local town for a night out isn't something I'm a fan of doing but a few drinks later I'm a different person & we headed out. It always amazes me how many people you see that you know, it's a small town but stopping every other person to say hello makes you feel like some sort of celeb (defo not!!)

To conclude my fab weekend (to say the least) it was time for the early birthday celebrations to begin, as me & the mother ventured to our fave steakhouse, Miller & Carter for dinner with some friends!

This place NEVER fails to disappoint & if you've not tried it..you're MAD! I always go for a good Fillet steak, accompanied with the gorgeous onion loaf (basically a big onion ring in loaf style!) chips, garlic butter & a sauce of your choosing - go for beef dripping EVERY time!

The onion loaf makes this meal!

I'm overwhelmed at how many people have spoken to me about my blog this week!! I really am! I feel absolutely touched at how many people have said they feel inspired & enjoy reading all about my fitness & how to keep it real! So thank you to everyone for your support!

I was a bit sceptical to 'advertise' writing my blog again as you're always going to be marmite in today's society, but it's so lovely to know that people are enjoying what I'm writing & if there's any readers out there that want me to touch on something specific just get in touch with me!

So, after a whirlwind week it's all about to begin again! I promise I'll try & check in during the week as I've got some new fitness & foodie things to share, so keep your eyes peeled!

Testing times..I'm just thankful to be able to have wind down time like date nights & drinks with the important people in my life to bring everything to a hault!

Don't forget to do that yourself, it's important to take a break - give yourself some you time! You'll feel revitalised afterwards & ready to crack on positively for the rest of the week!

Thanks for reading! X

Returning To Reality

So after an amazing week in Amsterdam the fun continued over the weekend, but getting back to reality & a routine from holiday is one of the hardest things people find to do! Sooooo! I thought I'd share a few of the things that help me get back on track after a cheeky fun filled break!

Heading back to normality and a routine is one of the hardest but also most refreshing things you can do after a jolly or just a generally turbulent week!

So many people have a MASS come down after a holiday or a weekend or being a social butterfly, but don't fall into the post holiday blues trap!

Now that miserable Monday is over, you've had that longgggg day back at work so take today (or tonight) to restart a routine & get back on track!

The best thing you can do is throw yourself in the deep end ASAP! First chance you get, ensure you're carrying out some sort of normal day to day life! Whether that's a bed time, wind down time, eating, exercise or all of the above in my case!

After returning from Amsterdam on Friday afternoon I knew I'd flagged with my normal day to day life (as you bloody should do on holiday!!) but as soon as I got back - straight to the gym!

There's nothing more satisfying than feeling you've achieved something & by setting yourself a task to do (mine was to get to the gym) will make you feel 100 times better & it's also that springboard to getting your routine back into check!

It's actually the first time I've visited the gym since I came home for Easter but I decided it was go hard or go home & I smashed my personal best on my HIIT treadmill & increased my weights this week!

This really kickstarted my routine as by the time I'd gotten home, had a shower it was dinner time! A nice home cooked meal, then off to bed!

After hitting the gym Friday afternoon I was really motivated to get back stuck into it & my normal workout routine! So! Saturday morning I hit the gym for a quick abs blast before going for a 3km run with my cousin Lauren! It rained, but that's the perfect running weather & we both felt much better after going! So much so, we're doing the same this weekend! #progress

If you're struggling to get back into the swing of things this week here are my top tips!

Plan ahead: whether it's your food, social calendar this week, work - keep busy, organised & HAPPY!
Inspire yourself: planning your next holiday? Payday? Look at something you can work towards & focus your week around!

Sometimes, though, I think you need to have a realistic inspiration to work from, which is key & recently this is what kickstarted me to get back to the gym after an indulgent week in Dam!

I find inspiring myself with new things kickstarts my routines again because you're trying something new, achieving new things & this gives you a release of those positive endorphins we all need!

As I've said, a huge part to my routine is keeping fit. I'm not for one second going to pose as a Personal Trainer or fitness professional, because I'm far from that, but I hope by giving you my simple steps to staying fit after a fun week will inspire you that you can achieve your goals even if you're not a fitness fanatic!

It's easy to see all these PTs looking 10/10 on their social media feeds, eating 'clean' 24/7 then showing you 30 seconds of their workouts & saying here's the end product.

In addition, in my previous blog posts I'm largely inspired by a girl called Alice Liveing - aka @cleaneatingalice on Instagram (where most people will know her from). The reason she inspires me is because she's your average young girl, just 22 years old, and doesn't bullshit you into thinking you've got to eat well 24/7 and work out 5 days a week to look lean.

The picture below is part of my inspiration - such a normal girl who wanted to get fit & now she's got her own recipe book, sponsored by fitness companies & has her own body bible! There's no BS with her though, she treats herself just like the rest of us, but exercises control in all ways.

A photo posted by Alice (@clean_eating_alice) on

Recently, she released an eBook (available on Amazon) called 'Clean Eating Alice Spring Clean' and this is what got me back on track, back into a routine, back to feeling good after a fun week away!

The guide includes brilliant exercises which look so simple that they wouldn't benefit you in any way..TRUST ME, they do!

One thing I love about Alice & her motivation in training is the simplicity of it. Most online personal trainers I've looked at expect you to have some sort of home gym hidden in your back garden! However, the eBook Alice released has exercises that are so simple and so easy to carry out because the only equipment they require are you and your phone (maybe a mat - but most people work out on soft floor like carpet as well so not a deal breaker!)

It's that simple - start your stop watch & begin your work out! The exercises include everything from squat jumps to ab crunches & they best thing about Alice's guide is that her exercises target ALL areas not just one muscle group, which I've been taught is the most important thing when training.

I've found training this way (before finding her eBook) is much more beneficial short term to achieving your fitness goals as well as long term because it focuses on working all your muscles at once & you actually feel like you've worked yourself!

Another training tip to include in your workout is HIIT circuits. Again, I find this the most effective way of training. Short time, BIG impact & no excuses!

The Spring Clean eBook focuses on full body HIIT workouts & that's why she's such an inspiration to me!

An insight into the guide & why it's perfect for everyone..
  • Includes something for everyone: lunges, squats, ab crunches, mountain climbers, plank and glute bridges.
  • Targets those all important areas: bums, tums & arms in almost every exercise.
  • Make it as challenging or easy as you like, begin with three sets or challenge yourself and
  • do four or five..even six!
  • You are able to incorporate other exercises you enjoy, for example bicycle crunches!

Exercise doesn't have to be boring! Why not do it with a friend?! Me & my flat mate Charley train at the gym together doing exercises similar to these and honestly, it makes it so much more fun and much more motivating to carry on when it gets really tough!

Aside from Alices eBook I love running, and more recently, since I've been home for Easter I've enjoyed running outdoors again! (Also partly because I'm training for the Race for Life again this year!) It's so difficult to run outdoors whilst I'm at uni as a City Centre is not something you want to tackle during exercising!

View from Middlewood Way

However, where I live there is a beautiful track to run down, bringing you out in a village near me, which has a great route to run down and is a good 4 mile run! The surroundings encourage you to keep going, along with some banging tunes in your ears!

In addition to exercising, my inspiration for returning to a routine also includes food! There's something so satisfying (in my opinion) of returning to the normality of my porridge & blueberries, a homemade chicken & stuffing sandwich & stir fry for tea!

You know what you're eating, how you're cooking it & throwing in all the goodness that you enjoy! What could be more satisfying?! I find this also gives me something to look forward to doing when I get in from work, making the day go quicker & before you know it you're half way through the week! (Then it's the weekend again..yaay!)

If you're not as easily pleased as me, don't fear! There's other ways to inspire yourself! Is there an upcoming event you're looking forward to? A birthday? Reunion? Or even another trip away! Whatever it is use that as a focus to rebuild a normal routine until you can chill out again!

One of the most important things to remember - especially regarding food - when in a routine is to reward yourself.

Don't skimp around not allowing yourself a measly square of chocolate or a biscuit, if you want one have one! You'll feel better for it, otherwise cravings turn into binges!

Another option, reward yourself socially! Whether that's with a friend over a bottle of wine, a night out with a friend or loved one or even just a movie night curled up on the sofa! Have something you're looking forward to & don't forget to incorporate relaxation & 'me time' into your routine, otherwise you'll rue the day you returned to normality!

I hope this may have inspired you to kickstart your week the right way this week, but remember! If you had a bad day yesterday don't worry! Just don't turn it into a back week! Pick yourself up & push for a productive week!

Thanks for reading! X

Amsterdam

So this week (past four days) I've been living it up in one of the most famous cities, Amsterdam. It's somewhere I've always wanted to visit & this week I got a glimpse into the world famous city itself.

It's far from what I expected, reminding me slightly of Italy - the buildings, history, cuisine, but everything else is somewhat an eye opener. From the crazy roads to the famous Red Light District, Amsterdam exceeded all expectations..

Bikes EVERYWHERE!!

I've never been so petrified of bikes and I can honestly say I was more street wary of crossing roads here than I was when I visited NYC.

Amsterdam is just another kettle of fish all together, cyclists actually stop at red lights, they actually have their own lanes (so they're not riding in the middle of the road..) but they don't half carry an aggressive tone..if I never heard another bike bell it would be too soon!

Not only do you have to watch out for cars, there's also trams, bikes, scooters and of course people. There's about a million different crossing routines, pedestrian crossing, pelican, trams, the amount of noise just to tell you that you can cross the road is uncanny! I'm getting hot sweats just thinking about it!!!

Unlike most cities Amsterdam has a hierarchy for 'right of way'...bikes, trams, cars..people! If I had a pound for every bike that dinged their bell at me this week, I would be on my way to being a millionaire!

Amsterdam is one of the most beautiful cities I've visited. The buildings are so antique, gorgeous & have so much character about them! Whilst on the canal cruise we were told that they were built tilted to make them look bigger, but one of the slimmest houses in Amsterdam was only 10 feet wide!! - Cheaper tax! (I promise this post isn't me trying to be a historian..just a fact I learnt!)

No word of a lie, driving back from the Red Light District was one of the most stressful things I've ever experience & I wasn't even the driver!! A tram to our left, a bike to our right, sandwiched between two cars, all within about three inches of our taxi...STRESS!!

I promise I did have a good time really, I can't believe how much we managed to see during such a short space of time! We did everything from strolling around the beautiful Vondelpark to visiting the Red Light District.

Unless you live under a rock, you'll know that Amsterdam is surrounded by canals. Everywhere you go, you'll be walking alongside one. They surround the city "like an onion" as one of the tours described it, made up of many layers with the canals being those layers. Everywhere looked the same saying that!! Each canal and bridge looked the same as the next, the bombard amount of maps we were given definitely came in handy! (Safe to say I'm a pro map reader now!)

One of the gorgeous canals by the Museum Quarter

If you're a foodie like me, Amsterdam is DEFO for you! The food is incredible, they have every type of cuisine restaurant you could think of and their waffles..oh my! Something else! Fresh from the market, there is nothing better!! Every meal was a banquet...

One day we visited one of their famous markets, it had everything from antiques to food. The food from here was just amazing, freshly cooked & melt in your mouth kinda food!

The only bug bear I have about Amsterdam is they're very tight on testers..I like to try before I buy and there wasn't much sampling around! When there was, there was none left by the time we moved to the next stall! (I did actually buy some of their food I promise, samples work..)

Amsterdam is definitely not short of things to do, places to visit, things to see! Vondelpark was beautiful - one of the largest parks in Amsterdam and definitely one to visit especially if you've hired bikes whilst you're there! It's a hugeeeee park that must stretch miles, with tonnes of history of Amsterdam, figurines, cafes, bars, hand planted rose gardens, yoga classes and even pre natal yoga!! It was absolutely gorgeous & I'd love to be able to visit it during it's peak in the Summer!

Vondelpark
Riverside Café at Vondelpark

Anyone for a beer?

My fave attraction of the week was probably the Heineken factory! Although I do not like beer in the slightest (visiting here & tasting it freshly made didn't change my mind either!) the actual experience of how it's made is brilliant. We went through the history of Heineken & how it's made - I even got to pretend to be a brewer for a while! Best part (for those who like beer) you get two free drinks at the end of the tour!!

One of the must see things in Amsterdam is the Anne Frank museum. I know it's popular, but I didn't think there would be a 3 hour waiting queue to go inside!! We swiftly moved on, and came back later on in the night! However, when we finally got inside it's quite an emotional experience! Seeing into the thoughts of Anne Frank herself, inside the house where she hid for all those years, the memories of how she lived her life in secret was lovely to experience first hand(ish) - it even had the original bookcase that she hid behind. The history & the story was incredible.
Windows along the district.

Of course, you couldn't take a trip to Amsterdam without visiting the one and only Red Light District..

An eye-opener, to say the least.

It's everything you'd expect - gorgeous, young girls stood in glass windows being gauped at by a bunch of men who look like a child in a toy shop and as if they've never seen a naked girl before.

I was more shocked at the male reactions than the district itself.

The district is huge, that I wasn't aware of. It goes down so many streets and blocks, the amount of girls and I mean girls, not much older than me, that were there was insane! But, it is what it is & you need to visit it to really believe everything you hear about it.

Red Light District

Two lads knocked on the window of a pretty girl offering her €25 euros, she said "No, €50" when they replied "That's too much for you!" she slammed her door in their face! You go girl! Definitely worth more than that! (no pun intended..)

Call be naive but I didn't think it would be quite so, respectful, if that word can be used in this place. By that I mean, the girls didn't just stand in a glass window & invite someone in there and draw their curtain, behind them is a proper 'bedroom' with a saucy bed, bathroom and decorated seductively - this, I was shocked. The way it's made out it's in, out, pay, goodbye!

Alongside the Red Light District is the Sex Museum, which basically gives you a history of the Red Light District itself. In the District itself it's also filled with bars, strip clubs, casinos and is definitely the place if you want to experience the nightlife of Amsterdam!

Another one of the many canals featuring a few more bikes...

I would go back to Amsterdam in a heartbeat, there's still so much more we could have seen & next time I will definitely be riding on a back around the infamous bicycle city!

I think it's safe to say the 15,000 steps we walked each day have definitely caught up with me! If you're yet to visit Amsterdam, get it on your bucket list!

Thanks for reading, be sure to check in this week for my bounce back regime from Dam! x x
